Deniz service is outstanding. Some how I cleared the memory on my garage door opener and could not figure out what I did or how to reset the remotes and key pad. They took the time to walk me through resetting all the remotes and key pad. Spent about thirty minutes on the phone . At the end I had everything working. These guys are outstanding and I highly recommend them for your garage door issues. Thank you for all your help.

Respect is clearly not relayed from the owner to the service man. If you want a garage done right, save your time and money and YouTube it; if not, go somewhere else. "Service man" lied to his boss about why my garage door fell off tracks. He tried to blame us, told his owner it was our fault and that the cost is out of pocket (we rent). This man was very rude the first time I dealt with him and was worse the second time. My garage door fell off AGAIN (third time) and when I called, the same guy pretended to not know who I was and told me that I was out of luck for DAYS even after I told him that if we left it open, someone will steal our stuff, not to mention my sons gift. I asked to speak to his owner and he declined, argued with me, and had the nerve to hang up! My husband called the owner last night, gave him his number and the owner came this morning and tried to argue with my husband the entire time he was at my house! Our land lords are amazing and I hope they no longer do business, as I hope no one will. There is no quality, integrity, or customer service.

The serviceman was very nice. Very prompt service. Knew exactly what needed to be done (broken spring). He quickly replaced that and noticed that the door needed to be reinforced. He was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely call again as needed.

These guys are the best at what they do. They have replaced several springs for me along with a garage door, and the best part is that they are quick. If you are looking for a dependable company to replace your spring, opener, doors, etc I would highly recommend giving them a call you won't regret it.
