I first contacted Morey Remodeling Group in April 2022. I met with Ben and Evan Morey about remodeling my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I worked with Takako in the planning and design phases which were invaluable. As they say “measure twice, cut once.” The project was phased which made everything a lot less stressful for me. Along the way, we enlarged the master bathroom and created a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The hardwood floors (in this 80 year old house) were refinished and came out so beautifully. At the last minute I asked if built in bookcases were possible on each side of the fireplace. Albert and crew created beautiful bookcases even including crown molding to complement the living room. Everyone who worked on my project were easy to communicate with and dedicated to doing a great job. In the Fall of 2024, I noticed the floor tiles in the kitchen. I contacted Morey. They learned that there was a recall for the tiles that happened after the installation. Albert took care of everything. New flooring was installed. In January I contacted Albert about replacing my backyard fence. Albert got this scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the fence replacement. It has been a pleasure to work with the Morey team Albert, Evan, Takako, David, Carol and April. I highly recommend Morey Remodeling Group.

We have used Morey Remodeling Group for several projects over the years, which included renovated kitchen, patio addition, renovated bathrooms, adding a bathroom, new driveway, new windows, new flooring, new stair railing, bedroom extension and adding a front porch which resulted in changing the roof line of the house. In 1980 we contracted with a company to remodel our home, adding two bedrooms, a family room, and a bathroom. A job that the company promised would be completed in 3 months actually took nine months. It was a total nightmare. It was such an awful experience, it caused us to change our minds about the kitchen renovation that we had planned for later. Almost 10 years later, we finally decided to remodel our 1950s kitchen but still were not having very much success in finding a company that we felt was trustworthy. Friends introduced us to Ben Morey and after discussing with him our needs and our budget and the assurances he made to us, we finally felt that we had found a contractor that we could trust to work on our home. We contracted with him for our kitchen remodel, patio addition, new driveway, and new windows. Everything that he promised was completed with a very high level of expertise and craftmanship and on schedule. Most impressive was that the total project was completed more than a week ahead of schedule. Ben had promised that we would be able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in our new kitchen. We were overjoyed to be cooking our first meal shortly after Veteran’s Day. We were so impressed with Ben work ethics and his expertise and professionalism, that a year later we contracted with him to extend a bedroom, add another bathroom and the front porch. Before new permits were issued for the current project, City Hall informed Ben that we had outstanding permits from our 1980 remodel (the nightmare was back). I automatically went into panic mode, but Ben assured us that he could resolve the problem and of course he did. Two months later we had a bedroom with more space and a larger closet, a new bathroom, a front porch, and a new roof. We were completely happy with the high quality of the work and once again the project was completed as promised. Most recently when we had water damage in our home, we automatically reached out to Morey Remodeling Group. Since we were getting new floors, we decided to update the kitchen, the stair railing and the fireplace. Once again at the end of the project, we were completely happy with the overall quality of the project. Communication is key and working with Morey the channels of communication were always open and were a two-way street. It has been a wonderful experience working with the entire Morey team, not just the tradesmen working in our home, but the Design team and the office staff as well. Over the years there have been changes in staff, but the work ethic has not changed. The team members are approachable, honest, responsible, trustworthy and very professional. The workmanship and craftmanship is always outstanding. When you contract with Morey Remodeling Group, you become a part of their family. They don’t desert you because the job is completed, they can be trusted to take care of any problems that may arise afterwards. Through the years, I have recommended Morey to family and friends and will continue to do so.
