Yelp1We had a roller come off our garage door and called these guys for help. Very pleasant and courteous service. They came out quickly and put back in the original roller. He then asked if we wanted to replace the rollers I asked if it was necessary and he said no, that they could come back out and do it at a later date without further explanation. Replacing the rollers seemed to be more of a maintenance issue and not a "this needs to be done now" issue. The same roller then came off again 3 weeks later. I called, expecting they would come back out and fix it for free, since it happened again so quickly. They offered to come back out and put the same part in and wanted to charge me another service call fee.I believe that is wrong. I called for help because I obviously don't know a thing about rollers and garage doors. If the technician had said the rollers will most likely come out again if you dont replace them, of course I would've replaced them. Who wants to deal with repeat issues? I really wish he wouldve given me a short lesson in what happened and why, so I couldve made an informed decision. When I told that to John, it really didn't seem to matter. Seemed like really nice people, I would've liked to have seen him offer up a free service call since they were just out here and I made a bad decision on a lack of information from the service tech. I would've definitely used them again and done all recommendations, but was kind of put off by John's defensiveness.

Yelp5Installed my new garage door opener back In 2016. Great service, and they had it up and working in no time. If you are new to Cleburne area, and need a new garage door installed, I highly recommend these guys. Great Work. No complaints.
