Had the worst tire center experience I’ve had at any Costco. Dropped my car off for a tire rotation with an appointment and it took over 2 hours. Was initially told 45 minutes to an hour. Went in to check and the person at the counter didn’t seem to know the status or really care to find out. Got the text that it was complete and went back over there and again the counter person couldn’t confirm and just said probably 10 more minutes. Very inefficient and frustrating to properly book an appointment and have it take this long with no interest in providing updates.

I had placed an order for my mothers birthday cake with the bakery. Couldn’t remember if I added what I was supposed to on the writing. I called the store to see if I could get any help. Ms. Michelle to the rescue ! She went back and forth couple of times to make sure all was well! I appreciate your hard work Ms. Michelle! Wish you the best in your career and life!

We were going to check out with just a gift card as a last minute gift and we went to self check out and they said "you can't be in this line with a gift card go to a regular line" the other lines were long and we had to wait 30 minutes to check out for one thing, and while we were waiting staff kept saying "20 items or less come to self check out" but, gift cards and people without carts weren't allowed to go in that line even if you had multiple items you couldn't because they didn't have a cart. I don't normally write reviews but I was appalled they made people who pay them money wait long times because they don't have carts.

Amazing experience and great bulk deals on food. Produce is great and the employees are extremely helpful, and they have a wide selection of televisions and electronics. Still disappointed that the gigantic teddy bears aren't available in the stores anymore, but overall a great store and place to see and shop at.

I really like shopping at this Costco. Like every Costco, parking is never a pleasant experience. It is always packed on the weekends, but if you can shop here during the week it is a little easier and less stress. We don't like the meat options here. Specifically the steak cuts. The ribeye cuts are either too thin or two thick. I know some people like those really thick cuts, but I tend to think you get a more flavorful bite when it isn't quite that thick. I also think the choice cuts are tougher than what you can get from other places in the area. I also wish they had skinless pork belly options. We buy some meat here, but better quality and cuts at the same price is available at some other stores. They do have a good variety of options in the meat department. We are more likely to buy chicken and pork products over beef. As far as everything else, it is Costco and has options on par with every other Costco making it a reliable option for finding what you are looking for.

Might be the busiest Costco I've been to. Well stocked and efficient. Always a great selection of groceries. Tantalizing pastries.

I have to say that their sundaes are extraordinary creamy and delicious, [but] the strawberry sauce is often on the "light" side, don't let the red swirls decorating the inside of the cup make you think otherwise.

This food court is the worst place at all the Costco in the area . Disregards the fact this place is always over crowed and not enogh seats for members. The staffs at the food court are rough . I order an ice cream and paid a full price . Suprisely, what i received was half way filled cuo of ice cream. I brought this issue to the staff attention and they denied to fill it up due to Costco policy (iit does not look a bit lkie the one in the picture that they have on top of the food court.) And that was not the worst thing yet. I eacalated this issue to the lady at the station who is the supervisor and this lady stated this is now new Costco policy, she even stated Costco is now weights the icecream and this how much it get for this pice . This lady was just liar and has no clue what was her statement means. This was the worst experience and an absolute night mare for a business to put their reputation into theae people hands.

It was fine. They contracted out, I don’t know the name of the company I forget, but it was all under Costco. Costco stands behind, pretty strongly. We get better deals through Costco. I think they are very good with their providers and get good providers. They stand on top of them. We’ve had better luck with Costco. Services Rendered: Replaced a garage door.

Had two garage doors and one garage door motor replaced by Door Pro America through Costco. In general I am pleased with the results. A snow storm intervened the scheduled day, so the installation was rescheduled. The technician showed up when scheduled with all necessary equipment. he installed the garage doors professionally and in a timely fashion. The doors themselves seem sturdy and I am pleased with them. The salesman walked me through the decisions in an honest and forthright fashion. Only two points were missed. One that went for my advantage and one that went to my disadvantage. To my advantage was that the doors included struts was not mentioned. Many other firms charge for struts. That was to my advantage. To my disadvantage was the confusion on garage door openers. I had replaced one motor a few years before and was going to keep it. The old motor was from the same company as the new motor. However, I did not realize that the motor company had changed their garage door openers. And made the openers incompatible. However, the garage door motor company did have another model opener which worked on both doors. Had I realized this sooner, I could have possibly arranged to acquire the appropriate door opener models. Otherwise, as of this writing, I am fully happy with the garage doors and the support I received from both CostCo and Door Pro America. Services Rendered: Rpleaced two garage doors and one garage door opener motor.

They were outstanding. They did an outstanding job. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful. It was a neat job and everything was cleaned up. It was like one, two and three. It was wonderful. Their price was very good. They answered all our questions. They were very good about explaining things and showing us what everything was. We spent about $2000 for their services. Their contractor is country wide and it's a young firm. Their response is wonderful. I think the young man who came out was from another state. He was transferred here. This contractor is the only supplier of garage doors for Costco. Services Rendered: We got our garage doors from Costco about a week or two ago. They are insulated garage doors.
