So I was a problem customer. I’m not going to lie. I crashed through my garage on Saturday and I had a short window to repair on top of being the only one home with important doc appts today, Monday. I harassed the team to arrive at the beginning of their estimate 3-hour window and they did. They also gave me a great price for a 12.9 R rated door. Figured since I had to replace, might as well as upgrade since I’m always tinkering in the garage. The pics are of the damage then of the new door installed the Monday after the crash. At every turn they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I will only call Garage Door NOVA for my garage door needs in the future. THANK YOU! I truly appreciate you all.

Curtis went over and beyond the call of duty by not being annoyed by the many questions asked about our garage door. Through my questioning, it was obvious that he was very skilled in his profession. I have a two car garage system that's about 30 years old. During the snow once the door went up remotely in would not go down. I worked my Magic re-aligning the laser light then I had to pull the emergency cord. Once the door connected, I decided to use the other door and had the same problem. I scheduled an appointment with Garage Door Nova and Curtis Simms arrived, he perform general maintenance. Curtis was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He never appeared frustrated or uninterested in what I was asking.

Curtis did a great job fixing our garage door! Our car was stuck inside the garage and there was very little room to access the door. He managed to get the door open so I could remove the car before he fixed the problem. He was very prompt and did an excellent job!

I am very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called to get an estimate, customer service was great, I got an appointment for the next business day and reminders right through the day of the appt. Curtis the Technician, was simply amazing. He was very knowledgeable and provided various options to address the issue since my motor is very old. I am very pleased with Steffon (the technician) who replaced my garage torsion springs. He answered my questions on the various replacement options and I was able to make an informed decision for my situation. They came out without an obligation to service and I didn't feel pressured to go with them. But after talking with Steffon I knew Garage Door Nova was a good choice. The job was done right and quickly. I recommend them.
