Update: Revising my review based on feedback from the provider. They refunded part of the month. Well you get what you pay for. You're trading off quality for the convenience of a set price. Rugs weren't touched, counters were dusty, and there were still spots on the hardwood where dust was not fully collected. Our Roomba already does a better job. Additionally if you're unsatisfied with the initial cleaning, you've already been charged a full month so you're outta luck. I'd rather pay for quality when it comes to my home.

Reasonable price however, 2x their employees did not clean my place in its entirety. Last service, the office did not follow up with assigned maid service that did not clean my place properly.

Service well below expectation. If you simply want a quick wipe down of your bathroom and kitchen counters twice a month then this is an easy way to waste $50 per month. I have a tile and glass shower and despite repeatedly telling them that a 2 minute wipe with a cloth isn’t enough, I have gotten nowhere. There is now mold in my shower due to the cleaning being insufficient. For $50 a month I could probably pay one of my friends to do it for me and actually get results. “Focused cleaning of your bathroom” yeah 🙄

He is a small company that is just getting started. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. It was a 40-year-old frame house that he painted and did woodwork on. He did a great job. He used the best paint that cost $631 and didn't charge any extra. He is very inexpensive. He also replaced the fascia board all around the house. I had asked him to replace about a foot of it and he didn't charge any extra. His specialty is doing more than what is asked. He is excellent. Services Rendered: I used Edyrs Laprea to paint the outside of my house. He installed new interior doors and garage doors and the remotes.
