Google5O'Brien was terrific! Prompt, thorough, careful, and so meticulous! We had some issues with the original framing of the construction and design of our home, and they were able to accommodate the changes that we needed easily. Our entire experience with Joe was excellent! A+++++++++

Google1So sad to say I no longer recommend this business. We’ve used them for years. Our house got struck by lightning 7/10. They were in available until 7/21 (completely fine) I took of work to ensure I’d be here. They called an hour before they were supposed to arrive saying the gentleman’s truck broke down so they wouldn’t make it. Fine. We rescheduled for this Saturday (today) 7/24.. they never showed. The time slot was between 2p-5p we didn’t answer the first phone call at 2:08 because we didn’t realize anyone called. We called back within a half hour just to find out that because we didn’t answer their call and confirm that some one was home they didn’t bother coming….even though our return phone call was well within the time range. The customer service lady wasn’t much help. Our garage door was open, cars were moved so he could be ready to work.. Just another day wasted… there are plenty of places! This one is by far the worst

Google5From start to finish, O'Brien Doors gets a 5 star rating. My husband and I choose them after getting three estimates to replace our garage door. The first step was the initial estimate. The estimator arrived promptly at the time specified.She provided me all information necessary and emailed my price later that afternoon. There was no high pressure involved and my husband and I felt completely at ease and not rushed to make a decision. The door was an upgraded custom 18 x 7 foot door and much to our delight, their price included hauling away the old door. The new door arrived on the day specified and was installed quickly and efficiently. The two installers were professional and courteous; and they left the area neat and tidy. I highly recommend anyone in the Kent County, Delaware and surrounding areas to consider their door services. We are definitely HAPPY customers!!!
