Google5Seth was prompt and provided very professional service on two garage doors. He replaced a faulty keypad on one door, replaced light bulbs, adjusted a track that had become misaligned, lubricated parts that needed it, and proberly diagnosed (and fixed) an ongoing problem with the door only opening part of the way. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Google5Very pleased. Vonceil did an outstanding job fixing my garage door. He arrived on time and quickly discovered what what needed to be fixed. He was professional, through, and very knowledgeable. The repair wasn't as bad as I thought it could be, and I will certainly call Overhead Door Company the next time I have any garage door issue.

Google5Had an issue with the operation of our garage door-would not go up so we called Overhead Door. They scheduled a technician to come out on the same day! Jason arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and returned in the afternoon to make the repair! Very pleased! Highly recommend!

The technician, Trevor, provided outstanding customer service; he introduced himself, assessed the problem, and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within an hour. He also addressed all my questions and allowed me to consider other options in case I needed a replacement door or door opener. Keep up the great work, Trevor.

BBB5Garage door came off tracks, emergency situation. Called the company and they provided cost information upfront and a time repairman would arrive. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Arrived and performed the work and checked the overall garage door health. Back in service before the storm came and was able to close the door. Great service all around and Randy the repairman was very efficient, professional, and polite. Not used to this quality of service lately. Highly recommend the Southern MD office.

Google5My experience with this company was excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon regarding a poorly operating garage door which I had purchased from the company over twenty years ago. The technician was scheduled for the following Monday between 12:00 and 4:00. He called about 11:30 and arrived at about 12:05. I explained the nature of the problem and he quickly diagnosed why it was occurring. The motherboard was deteriorating and would take about two hours to replace it and the accessories. The job was completed in slightly less time. The door which had been troublesome for over a year, is now operating smoothly. I am very pleased with the quality of service received from all of the company employees with whom I interacted.

Google5Jason is AMAZING and the best service provider I have encountered in years, maybe ever. He assessed my situation and the challenges with my three car garage door openers. He explained several solutions and articulated the pros and cons of the options. He is honest and knowledgeable about the product, a great communicator, smart, patient and diligent. He wasn't leaving until the job was complete - and we're talking on a Friday night! Jason did it all with great humor and a big smile.
