Google5I had the pleasure of working with GR Contractors to prepare my condo for sale, and I couldn't have been happier with the results! They did an amazing job with drywall repairs and painting, which really refreshed the space. The deep cleaning they performed made everything sparkle, including the polished hardwood floors. Additionally, they fixed the broken ceiling fan promptly, ensuring everything was in great working order. German and his team were professional, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to make the unit shine. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get a property ready for sale!

Google5German & his team @ GR Contractors did a great job on a couple repairs on the exterior of my rowhouse in DC - including repair of a flagstone entry stair, a parapet wall, and some window trim. Upon requesting an estimate for the work, German was able to come out the next day to survey. I got an itemized estimate via email 1-2 days later. They started and finished the entire scope of the project within 1 weeks’ time - with a couple phone calls / texts with me to coordinate as needed. After completing the work, German checked with me to make sure I thought the quality of work was acceptable before calling the job “done”. Whenever I questioned the quality of work, his team made refinements to my satisfaction. And the price he estimated was the price I paid. Overall: timely responses, solid execution, & fair prices. Recommend!

Google5We absolutely loved working with German and his team. We had them handle a few projects, but the biggest was a covered deck build. German wasn't the cheapest bid we received, but he impressed us with the knowledge/planning for the project and his guidance for the permitting process. He handled everything from the permit to the architectural designs. He continually provided design recommendations throughout the process and wecouldn't be happier with how it turned out. His team even fixed small things that were out of their scope with no charge. We've already had them back to handle other projects and plan to continue to work with German.

Google5I’ve been a home owner for 13 years and German Reyes is the BEST contractor I’ve ever worked with. He and his team completed beautiful renovations on my upstairs bathrooms. They were professional, fast, accommodating and on budget. Give German a call. I can’t recommend him highly enough, you won’t be disappointed!

Google5German and his team did a great job. I had them do some waterproofing on my property, a new tub installation, and dry walling. I appreciated the quality of work and that they cleaned up each day. German stopped by all the time to check on the work and to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them for any general contracting work.

Google5Highly recommend GR Contractors! When I was looking to renovate my bathroom, I spoke to 12 different contractors and chose GR Contractors due to the fair price, fast communication, and a short timeline of work. My complete bathroom renovation took 10 days, which included doing a few other random projects in my condo (painting a door, hanging blinds, installing a new fan). German was very communicative the whole time and everyone who was working were so nice. I had a disastrous experience with a contractor last year, so am thrilled to finally have found a good one with German.

Google5I had GR contractors do a variety of projects around my home. They did I great job, offered good pricing, and really wanted to make us happy. I worked with German to make the arrangements and he was responsive and fast to get quotes over. I had them install ceiling fans and exterior power outlets on our front porch, stain/seal/repair our deck, and install a new exterior vent and hood/microwave in our kitchen. I would use them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

Google5German and his team are my go-to for all projects. I have been using them for over 2 years and the results are consistently great. His prices are very fair. He is responsive and has always taken care of my as a proirity - weekend or not- rain or shine - it doesn’t matter. He gets it done. Last year my water heater died in Christmas Day. The next day - he had installed a new one. German believes that if you can’t do a quality job, you should not do it. So rather than take jobs for the sake of of it-he will turn things down that are the wrong thing to do. I appreciate that about him. I have referred him personally to several people and they too are all repeat customers.
