Google5Yashar rewired and installed a ceiling light for us and fixed an outdoor sconce. He got in touch very quickly after our initial request, was flexible with his schedule, and remained very communicative and professional throughout the process. Overall great to work with, and I'm sure we'll be using Raven Home Improvement again in the future!

Google5Yashar installed a new toilet for my condo. He called and ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. Once he arrived, he was very efficient in removing the old toilet and installing the new toilet. Yashar cleaned up after he was finished as well. Great job and I would definitely recommend his services!

Google5I'm very happy that my wife and I hired Yashar to help us with repairs at our new house. Yashar and his team delivered our project on time and on budget at a very fair price. The main project he completed for us was rebuilding a wall in our finished basement to reveal and reframe an existing window that had been covered over. He also did some drywall repairs around our basement, including the ceiling, installed new recessed lighting and reinforced our staircase by installing new joist hangers. Overall, a very professional job!

He and his team removed a wall in our basement, painted, fixed walls and installed new floors. The price was fair and reasonable and he helped us find ways to manage costs and improve the design. I highly recommend Raven Home Improvement for remodeling.

Google5Yashar worked for us in two occasions. Both times he did an excellent job and was very helpful in fixing the problem. He is honest and his prices are reasonable. He was always on time and realistic as far as the duration of the project was concerned. We recommended him to family and friends and they were also pleased with his work.

Angi5This job was actually to do some minor work to prepare our house for sale. It was a sad decision for us, because over the three previous years, Ravensworth made our house into a home suited perfectly for our family. We purchased a home that had not had any significant work done in almost 30 years. They remodeled every bathroom and kitchen, helped us redesign the top floor to create a master suite. There were few rooms in our house that did not have their fingerprints on them. They designed and built doors so our dining room could double as a home office. They were ready with design ideas if I needed them, but we're happy to make my visions a reality. They helped me sort through what changes might not be worth the money and why. When necessary, they brought in top quality partners to help them execute their work. They did hardscape work in our yard, as well as dealt with some drainage issues. They installed new garage doors. When circumstance caused us to move, our house sold in one day for ask. We have had contact with the new owners more than once since we moved, and they always tell us how much they love the house and everything in it. Time only continues to prove the quality of their work. I recommended them freely to anyone asking for a good contractor. Services Rendered: This particular job was the last in a series of jobs Ravensworth did for us over the course of several years. During that time they remodeled nearly our entire house, including some lovely work outside. They are honest and fair. They were flexible with any changes I made and helped me understand the cost in both time and money, if any. My philosophy on home remodel is that something will always go wrong. Things always happen; inspectors don't come in a timely manner, supplies don't arrive, workers get sick. My judge of a job well done is how a contractor responds when those things happen. Ravensworth always stepped up. Glenn talked me off the ledge a couple of times when I though I might lose it. He always worked hard to get things on track as quickly as possible. When choosing a contractor, our number one criterion was trustworthiness. We felt that quality would take care of everything else. Ravensworth has that in spades.
