Google5Ken Langston has been the lead on all the tasks needed in my townhouse, big or small, for many decades. All of the technicians have been excellent! In addition to their superior skills, they always respected my home, leaving it clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived. Most recently, John has quickly assessed problems and repaired them rapidly. My deep gratitude to Koch Construction!

Google5Koch Construction did a great job repairing damage caused by birds getting into our attic and vents as well as getting insulation blown in. They were timely, professional, and we were very happy with the final product. We would definitely work with Koch Construction again!!!

Google5We recently worked with Koch Construction for the remodel of our main floor which included kitchen remodel, painting, and flooring. Carrie was a great help in the design process and scheduling. John was our lead person on site. We appreciated his attention to details, knowledge, work ethic, and patience. The subcontractors were all timely and showed pride in workmanship, which is what we expected in a Koch project. We highly recommend Koch Construction.

Although our most recent job was quite small, the guys were professional, worked in crummy weather, and did what it took to properly complete the project.

Google5I highly recommend Koch Construction for any remodeling project. I had them out this past spring to update my bathroom. I was so pleased with their work that I had them come back and do my kitchen. I couldn't be happier. Carrie and her team are all top-notch. The whole process, from design, to up-front pricing, to scheduling was excellent. I am completely satisfied.

Google5Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Design Gallery was very helpful when making decisions. This little gem of a company/showroom is a hidden gem... Just go north on Main Street, over the river, and keep left!

Google5So very pleased! Highly recommend! Jeff and his arsenal of folks did an amazing job in creating a very unique & cool bathroom - bedroom suite for me. As a dude who uses a wheelchair to get around, it's tough to find people who understand the issues it brings up. Koch's delivered by figuring that factor into the design. Since their work finished 8 months ago, I'm still blown away by how great the space looks and functions.
