Google5Excellent and very professional service. Garry checked over my entire garage door system, replaced parts where needed, adjusted all settings and it’s now working perfectly. He took time to walk me through the updates he made and pro tips to keep the system operating smoothly. He was thorough, timely, and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommended.

Google1In September, 2023 I contracted with Gerald K DBA Garry's Overhead Door to install a new 9 x 7 garage door in Pickerel, WI. I paid the entire $1, 538 invoice up front. The contracted work was not done. Despite numerous attempts by phone and text, including filing a Small Claims in Langlade County, Gerald has not returened our money. I recommend that no one contract for services with this business.

Google5Reliable, good communication, knows what he’s doing, reasonable rates…. What more could you ask for? Thanks Garry!! We had a door that wasn’t working because the board that the spring was attached to split. Garry knew what it was and what it would take from a description and a few pictures. He even knew why it happened: the type of wood couldn’t handle the tension. Thanks again Garry - we are very happy!!

Google1In October of 2023 I signed a contract with Garry to install a garage door. I gave him 1664.95 as a down payment. It is now mid March and there is no garage door, and he is refusing to give me my money back. He never ordered the garage door, will not speak with me unless it is text. Looks like I will have to take him to court for breach of contract.

Google5Absolutely a great experience start to finish. Garry actually answers his calls/texts. He was great at communicating any delays and unexpected expenses. He was honest about the issues with our old opener and got us a great replacement. He communicated throughout the process and left us with a bill that shocked us only because it was so reasonable. Nice guy too.
