Way above expectations! I used them back in 2020 and was very satisfied then. My car was in the garage and as I lowered the door for the evening I heard a loud bang. Turns out a cable had broken along with the wood back hang. Jeremy came out early the next morning and analyzed the situation. I thought I'd broken a spring, so that's what he was expecting to fix. After propping my door open he returned to the shop to get the needed equipment. I didn't expect it would be finished that day, but when we returned to our cabin that evening the garage door was closed and everything worked fine. The broken cable was repaired and a new wood back hang was constructed. Great job , great outfit. My sincere thanks!
