BBB1Im writing this a year after pool was finally finished. Buyer beware! Cost add ons were ridiculous! Pool and install started at 80k and ended up at 100k. We almost cancelled. Change orders came after the work was done. Terrible communication to us about everything. I know there are many customers who feel the same way we do. Yet I cant find any bad reviews anywhere besides the one above. Pool delivery happened without any warning. This company is making tons of money with these change orders. We were actually charged for 16 full loads of gravel when there were actually 9. Luckily we had a trail cam set up and saw exactly how many loads were delivered in a small dump truck. Change order for 9k sent by email after work was completed. Pool price went up twice after contract signed. Ask lots of questions and get in writing! *********** was a complete joke. AgainBuyer bewareWe are convinced that no bad reviews posted are because customers are afraid of repercussions. We are as well but, people need to know what others went through.

BBB5I researched several pool contractors here in the **********. Boyer was prompt in their response, their sales process was transparent, and the installation went well. They even came out to show me how the equipment works, and did a pool cleaning demo. We need more businesses like this that know what customer service still means!

BBB2We will get over it . I'm sending this in simply for other buyer to simply be aware . I know with COVID it would have been impossible for Boyer Mountain to stay to any schedule they may have booked so the two month delay plays no part in my review . After putting a very large deposit down we heard nothing until we started calling , emailing , and finally letting them know we were contemplating canceling the project did we get any response . Between the lack of communication, miss measuring of four inches on the depth of the hole , cement guys bringing friends with them , leaving rebar sticking out the side of the pad , and now it turns out while pushing dirt up to build up our slope they exposed part of the drainage field and broke our d-box . I would have thought they would have done a better job . Our house is a very small part of a very beautiful scenic walk above us . I'm sure we have been asked a dozen times if we would recommend anyone . Karma I guess
