We purchased our garage door many years ago and they stand by their product. Our garage door would not close correctly and they talked us through the process to correct the problem. Google5Man I was down on my luck and couldn’t get any business in because my garage door spring broke. For the life of me that garage door weighed a million pounds. These guys came out the very next day and got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes! Quick and well priced! These guys are the bomb and amazing to work with!

Google5I called on 3/19 and got a call on 3/24 asking if I was still needing my garage door worked on. The gentleman who fixed my garage had it done pretty quick I was amazed how fast he got it done and price tag was even better I should had done this sooner! If your needing your garage worked on this is definitely the place to go I wished I would had given this gentleman a tip with how professional and how he just came in and handled business so thank you so very much I will feel a lot safer when I get off work at 2am and with having a special needs kid he can just open door and run inside 10/10

Google5Overhead Door was easy to work with and helped me find the specific garage doors I was looking for with little stress! They were also very fair with their pricing which included installation! As a previous owner of their doors, I can testify they are good quality and would definitely recommend!

Google5We had a cable on one side of our garage door break the day before Christmas (on a Sunday). Of course, our cars were in the garage and we had no way to safely get our cars out. We called the emergency number for service and within a short time, we were taken care of (and we can keep our Christmas travel plans). Great customer service when we needed it! Thanks Overhead Door of Quincy!

Yelp5I called overhead door because there was a sticker on the garage door that said they installed it. The reason for calling was I had a broken tension spring and one of the rollers had come off the track. They were very prompt and sent the guy up the next morning, I wish I could remember his name. He was very friendly, and very good at what he does. While he was here, he checked my garage door opener, which had a date in it turns out the garage door opener and springs are over 20 years old. Why he was here he replaced the sprocket, and the bracket that holds the sprocket in the garage door opener that were wore out, I was very glad to hear that he had all the parts on his truck and didn't have to make a special trip back. Because I live in Hamilton Illinois 40 minutes away all that being said he was done with the whole job in about an hour and a half, very quick efficient and friendly. What more could you ask for?

Yelp5I had OD company install an opener for me. They did a great job and went the extra mile to adjust the existing door. Price was reasonable. Three neighbors on our street have used them. We are all very satisfied with the materials and installs. Brian is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and is local.

Yelp1I had Overhead Door install a new garage door about 2 years ago. The quality was fine. Last week, the door started jamming. They sent a technician to my house and he fixed it without any parts or tools in about 5 minutes. He said he was already in town because some woman had backed into her garage door with her car. I was charged $95 for the service call. I understand that there is a flat rate for a service call, but that was ridiculous. He put maybe 2 miles on the vehicle getting to my home, and spent 5 minutes. When I called to explain the situation, I was treated with disrespect. They can have their $95, but they'll never have my business again.
