If you want some one to come to your job site, spray some lubricant from an old almost spent can of garage door lubricant and say he has fixed the problem charge $75.00, this is your man. He was at the job site maybe 10 minutes total. My problem was NOT fixed. Not happy. Don't call Master Tech.
