Google2Used this contractor for three jobs. The first two involved installation of outside railings and were well done for a reasonable amount. The third job involved installation of two exterior doors and storm doors. The work was shoddy and incomplete. I attempted to contact the contractor (Tom Farrell) after the deficiencies became evident, but he chose not to respond even though I was a repeat customer. Although I was satisfied with the porch railing jobs, I wouldn't recommend this or any contractor who doesn't stand behind their work.

Google1Asked this guy to come out and give an estimate for a roofing replacement. He came out but was interrogating me about irrelevant matters and being extremely nosey about things not related to the roofing. Extremely unprofessional. Provided no estimate.

Google1In the process of buying a house, we experienced high winds. Upon going to the house ( before signing), we saw about a dozen shingles blown off. The seller paid to have the roof fixed. It wasn't more than 10 weeks until my husband saw a blown off shingle in the yard. We have no idea when it actually blew off. This company cut the shingle in half and glued or caulked them back on. Is that the right way to fix blown off shingles? It took them more than 3 weeks to come back and "fix" them. I initially asked if they stood behind their work, but got no answer to that. After the work was done AGAIN, we get a bill for almost $150. Really? I would not recommend! Btw...when they came back, they may have been here a half hour, at the most. Consumer beware!

Google1Awful! Took time off work because we scheduled an appointment to get some fencing estimated, and they never showed up! We called an hr and a half later to see if they were coming and the guy apparently turned around because he got tired of "waiting in traffic".
