Great guy, great price. Fast, efficient and clean. What else could I say? The door works now. Cliff spent time explaining the repair and why he recommended the type of repair that he did. Also, he responded faster and had better prices than other quotes. Better service, better price and done faster. I'm happy. Services Rendered: Installed cables, pulleys, etc for garage door.

We have an older garage door that failed over the weekend. Cliff called us back promptly on Monday (within about 2 hours of leaving a message), and was able to come the same day to fix it, for a quite reasonable price. This was among the best experiences we've had with service providers in the area. Would absolutely recommend him. Services Rendered: Fixed broken garage door.

He was very prompt. He did an excellent job. He picked up everything after he finished working. I had the garage door for about a year now and it worked fine. I called him the other day because a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was broken. He called me right back and it turned out that I just needed a battery. But when called back, he was available. Services Rendered: Champion Overhead Doors installed a garage door last summer.

We did not use them, they never returned a call, 3 calls and an e-mail were sent. Services Rendered: Myself and my husband have both tried to contact them, and we have had no respns back either by contact e-mail sent nor by telephone call returning either of our messages. Not very customer service oriented, unfortunately.

As stated above, the work was professional and properly installed. Services Rendered: Cliff Hall arrived on schedule and installed the door. It works perfectly. He returned to do some finish work, as my door frame was not straight. He corrected it with a little bit of carpentrry and he installed a keypad which I decided to add.His work is excellent and his prices competetive.

He arrived a bit late, but replaced the garage door opener hardware with no problems in the estimated time. It has worked well since installation. While he was at the house, we purchased an exterior keypad, which he expected to be shipped to us the following week. It actually took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did, he made a special trip to bring it out and install it for no additional charge. We had expected him to just mail it to us. It was a good experience. Services Rendered: He replaced a 30+ year old garage door opener.

See above - Cliff did good work at a fairly reasonable price. Services Rendered: I had a broken lift cable which was the reason I sought out a garage door repairman. I chose Champion (Cliff) based on his Angie's list rating. Cliff arrived reasonably on time. He took the time to not only hear about my immediate concern (the lift cable) but also an ongoing issue in which the door was not operating smoothly (opening and closing in an uneven / "shimmying" fashion). Further, Cliff assessed the overall condition of this garage door and the adjoining door. Cliff assessed that I needed new lift cables to replace the broken cable, new pulleys (to fix the "shimmying issue - the old pulleys had bad bearings), new extension springs for the second garage door, and safety cables for both doors (in case an extension spring break loose). Finally, Cliff provided a manual lock for my second garage door which wasn't locking properly. Cliff provided a frank assessment of the doors' condition, was skilled in his craft, and was professional and informative as he performed his work. I would recommend Cliff to others.

Cliff (serviceman for Champion Overhead Door) does quality work. He is extremely punctual in arriving on time to do the work. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service skills and professionalism are excellent. I would, without hesitation, have his services again if needed. alans Services Rendered: One of the springs had broken on my garage door. I was unable to open the door to gain entrance to my garage and house. I needed the spring repaired and/or replaced as quickly as possible.

I banged into the rail the night before and could not close the garage door. I called in the morning and made arrangements for him to come at 5:30 after I was done with work. He was here when I got home, having already called me with his assessment and estimate. By the time I got home the work was finished, the door works perfectly and he even did a couple of extra things like change the battery in the outside remote pad and change the lightbulb in the overhead light. Services Rendered: Replaced a bent and twisted metal rail for the garage door. He also replaced the door sensor and a light bulb in the overhead light.

The whole thing was, as I said, very efficient. I had the estimate one day - the options were explained and the choices I made were installed the next day. (I'll forgetting his name!) The guy was very quick and thorough. I did not need to stand there and watch the replacement happen, but was given a thorough lesson and explanation of how it all works once the job was complete. This guy is very nice and professional and efficient. Highly recommend him. Services Rendered: The service was prompt, thorough and very satisfactory. Our garage door broke and these guys came, gave an estimate and returned the next day and fixed it very quickly. It involved replacing our automatic garage door mechanism, installing a box to open the new one (outside the garage door) and showing me how to disengage if the power goes out (which it has) or if we prefer to use it manually. The worker was professional and efficient and the thing works great now!
