Google5Montrose garage doors helped us pick out the right electric door for us and got it ordered, delivered and installed in record time. Maddie is very helpful. Matt and his crew were friendly, helpful and efficient in installing the door. Would highly recommend this company. (Especially compared to a competitor who took our info, promised an estimate within a month and never got back to us!)

Google5When one of our garage door springs broke, I called Montrose Garage Doors. Their service crews were all busy so Tim, one of the owners, came to rescue us. He knows everything about garage door maintenance and repair. After completing a two man job alone, Tim showed me how to lube the bearings. I highly recommend this company. They saved us from a frustrating and possibly disastrous DIY. Thank you, Montrose Garage Doors!!!

Google5Great people and they stand behind their work. 2 years after they installed our door it had a malfunction and we could not get out of the garage, they came out and fixed it for us without charging us for the repair. Thank you MGD

Google5These guys just fixed my opener that I thought was junk and completely adjusted and lubed both doors. They could have easily sold me an expensive new opener, but assured me a quick repair was all that was needed. They were fast, professional, and kind. The price was very fair! Amazing service. The gal on the phone was extremely kind too. Way to go, MGD!

Google5Montrose Garage Doors helped get my garage door working again, after the springs broke. Matt's professionalism, knowledge, and skill were beyond what we expected. Matt was able to provide same day service and even extended the life of the door by installing support struts and making adjustments to keep it running smoothly. Highly recommend MGD for garage door service and installation!

Google5These folks are a class act as far as I can tell. They came out and repaired a functional issue with one of the garage doors on a place we're renting, addressing a couple of additional issues they found that could have caused further trouble. The work was performed very well, quickly, and by someone with an obviously high work ethic.

Google2I asked Montrose Garage Doors to replace my opener. Be prepared to pay a large markup for their services to start with. Installation of a standard new opener was $765. For this price, I would have expected the tech to let me know I needed side and top seals for the garage door given the gaps between the garage door and frame. I called back after discovering the gaps and was told they didn't check to see how the door sealed because I didn't request it. Another visit would be $200 + materials. I would have expected a more comprehensive initial visit and inspection given the $750+ price to install a basic opener. May be worth shopping elsewhere for your needs. The office staff wasn't helpful at all when I brought this to their attention. They simply offered to train their staff better which doesn't help me at all. Kind of lame. REPLY - So a $750 tune-up doesn't include checking for weather seals on a garage? That's surprising. Just expected a bit more for my $750. At the least, I thought you'd offer to simply install it next time you're in Telluride without another $200 service fee. All seems awfully expensive for very minimal service. I would think you could do better.

Today we had the springs replaced on our oversized double garage door and we so appreciated their prompt service and excellent installation. The technicians were extremely professional and exhibited outstanding people skills. We highly recommend them!

Yelp1Totally disappointed. I tried ti get a garage door opener installed. I was quote by Amber and got a quick reply 11/21/23. I was about to give a deposit on 1130/23 and was then told he quote was for a wrong opener, I needed a different opener,OK fine.I understand....why did they eat and NOT CONTACT ME? I asked them to stop by to confirm what was needed and got nothing but they can only come on the day it was to be installed to figure out what to ordering then need to wait for ???? to get it in and then wait to get installed when????. I sent photos of what was needed and where it was to be installed. Totally did not care about my needs ,just absolutely did not care... I chose to work with this company due to reviews....WELL....it is not a company I wish to give my money to. I was told I would get a return call from Amber by Hollie and never heard back.....I would not use this company no even if it cost me twice as much to pay someone fro Grand Junction to come here. Which I am going to do. I have gotten GREAT RESPONSE AND HELP FROM RYAN AT MOMENT GARAGE DOORS. I WILL BE USING HIM. It is so disappointing to try to use local business and then get the kind of lack of concern and NO customer service. Amber being an Owner needs to learn how to solve problems and at least try to show concern for customers and try customer service....so disappointed!

Yelp5If you are wondering where to find a garage door company that doesn't rip you off and in fact, finds ways to help you? I know, unbelievable that this company exists here in Montrose. This business deserves a GOLD STAR! They were flexible when life got in the way, courteous, and very reasonable priced. Above all, they will not rip you off like so many other contractors, especially when the customer is an "elderly woman". lol WAIT! There's more! Not only were the servicemen kind, considerate, and respectful, they were easy these old eyes too! What else does a single woman homeowner with a garage door need? Thank you! thank you, I met Holly on the phone but never did get the service men's names. They rock, no lie! I am so happy!!!!!!

Yelp5Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism! I had already received an estimate from another local company who told me my garage door could not be repaired, and i would have to buy a new one for 3000! When your serviceman came he braced it, fixing it and extending its life a while for under 200. I know that one day it will need to be replaced, and your repairman was honest about that. The other company never even tried to repair it. They were salesmen. When the time comes to replace it, i will be trusting you!

Yelp5Who you gonna call? Montrose Garage Doors! I guess the cold weather coupled with metal fatigue got the best of our garage door. Seriously, this was the second time that we've had to call upon their services and they are a top notch business! Made an appointment at 2pm and they were super punctual and arrived at my home right on time...went to business and got it done pretty darn quick! These guys were friendly, professional and hard workers. If you've got garage door problems, then look no further...Montrose Garage Doors in the absolute best!

They even got started and finished early. I was kept up to date throughout the process from a quote to scheduling and installation. They assisted with equipment recommendations and pointed out other things I logically would (and did) want. I am very impressed and satisfied.

Yelp5What a great business! Had trouble with the door that they had installed 2 years previous. Worked with the office staff (who were wonderful) to try and fix things over the phone to no avail. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up early and fixed me up in 5 minutes, with all three workers going full bore! These folks know what they are doing and provide the BEST Customer Service!!

The ladies in their office are very helpful and great to deal with. I just cannot say enough great things about these guys!
