I had my garage door replaced by Mr. Bitsche himself. Even though I ordered everything new, he left the old rails stating they were in good condition. A few months later, the garage door just came off track. I called Mr. Bitsche out and he said that someone had tampered with the rails to which I reminded him that he didn't replace the rails taking a shortcut. Since the door came off track at 11pm at night, I had to lower it manually and the door slammed down on the ground pinching the bottom section. He said he wasn't responsible for that since I was the one to damage the door panel. He was rude because of the "warranty" work performed. When he left my house, he backed into my neighbor's Mustang. He pulled back into the driveway and waiting for a minute looking around. He then proceeded to leave without letting anyone know. I caught it all on my camera system and sent it to my neighbor. I kick myself in the rear for not doing business with a BBB accredited business. Character and integrity is lacking with this business.

I'm glad I read the previous reviews instead of just going by the star rating... 2 of the 3 had nothing to do with this business or their service. I didn't hire Door Systems for their driving skills... I hired them to fix my garage door and they did a fantastic job at that. I don't know if the guys made it back safely after they left my house but I do know my garage door works perfectly.
