Google5Entered Petco to purchase a few fresh water fish. The young women that assisted me was pleasant, energetic and knowledgeable about which fish would most likely thrive in my 30 gal tank... knowing which fish cohabited well and where each tended to reside - near the surface, mid tank, etc.

Google5Saved My Dog’s Sanity (and Mine Too!) I went into Petco desperate for help. My poor fat Boston Terrier was itching nonstop, waking me up multiple times during the night because he was clearly miserable. I was exhausted and heartbroken watching him suffer. The amazing associate at the register listened to what was going on and helped me pick out several products she personally uses on her own dog. Her advice made all the difference! I went home and used the pills, shampoo, and spray, and almost immediately, the scratching stopped. My dog looked so relieved and happy agai. It was like night and day. No more itching, no more waking up in distress. Just peace. Petco and their compassionate staff truly ended his suffering. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Google5Every visit is a pleasant experience. We purchased aquatic animals like two different types of goldfish, shrimp, snails, and African frogs, along with materials for the fish tank. PAYTON was enthusiastic and informed us about a $8 Petco bucket that offered a 20% discount. We appreciate all the useful information and facts about the fish we acquired. Thank you to the manager, KARLA, for ringing us up and adjusting the air supply for our hour-long drive and providing us with even more facts we didn’t know about the fish we got.

Google4I went in last week for a few supplies. The younger gentleman with long brown hair was very rude and would not even answer my questions while I was checking out. I was just checking to see if he had applied my rewards. Without a single word he walked away and a VERY nice manager came and helped me and explained that rewards and pal rewards are not calculated or taken off to the end and she finished checking me out and we had a nice conversation! Huge thank you to her and so sorry to whoever made the other guy grumpy.

Google5Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. They had the biggest selection of different animals and enclosures and supplies that I’ve ever seen from a large chain pet store. I found a young blue eyed leucistic ball python there. That was pretty surprising to me. I couldn’t help myself and I took her home.

He came by the job-site weekly watching for just the right time to install the doors, so I didn't even have to call him once! Very attentive to detail and professional. The doors are beautiful and won't have to be painted. Love frog doors!

Yelp5My torsion spring shammed on a Sunday evening. Called Frog Doors and Jason answered. He gave me a 24 hr window for the job but happen to squeeze me in the same day. Him and Starla came over, replaced my spring and tuned up my door for a truly reasonable price. Absolutely great people and service!
