Google1Booked & scheduled for them to come work on our shop doors. On the day they were supposed to come I called to confirm the time and found out they weren’t coming and I was not on the books and would not be coming. They were supposed to call me the next day, that never happened and still haven’t heard anything out of them. Do not use them 😡

Google5We have used Overhead Door of WF on multiple homes. We’ve experienced quick and friendly service every time. We’ve had everything done from minor repairs, spring replacement to new doors! Happy with the results.

Google1Such a disorganized outfit, don’t know how they stay in business, On Match 13 they show up and I had to show the problem to the tech. Simple broken trolley, right side cracked and piece fell off. Rail had been hitting ceiling and knocked all the texture from the ceiling all over my car. He said they probably want to sell you a new opener for $500. Weeks went by and I could not get any help from Rachael, office manager., at least that’s the title. She got tired of me calling and passed the buck onto Clayton the GM. After sending several emails he, Clayton finally responded and said he needed the model #. Sent it to him via photo. Finally a new tech, (last one was terminated )shows up unannounced. He takes forever to install and why he adjusted the up/ down I have no clue. Now the top panel is laid back into the garage instead of laying flat. Weekend storms rain, debris wind coming in garage. Today, April 29 they were supposed to show up between 8-12 to adjust. No show! Called shop 4 times, No Answer! Very disappointing, no way to run or represent Overhead Door.

Google5The team at Overhead Door in Wichita Falls was prompt and professional. They made the process of buying and installing our new garage door super smooth, and were always extremely helpful when answering questions. They were upfront and transparent about the cost so we were not blindsided by any unexpected costs. I would highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Wichita Falls.

BBB2Good Morning! I am writing this because I have lost faith in verbal contacts and the transfer of information. I writing because I put in a request for service through Steve or Stephen (?) on or about 6/15/2021 to assist the gate to close fully, which was an issue that was supposed to be resolved before and install a lock, where I was promised a service call within a few days or a week at the most. Your representative came yesterday 7/12/2021 unannounced after I called last week after almost pleading with Ms. Ladonna for them to honor their promise to come by and service gate, to which rain became the reasoning for the delay. Well, he came and my gate is worse than it was before he visited! Before he arrived the only issue we had with the gate was that it wouldn't close all the way, which was an issue in the past. By the time he left the gate not only good not close, but the arm would not open or close, which he attributed to an actuator problem that wasn't an issue as before. I watched from my window and car as your representative hammered, banged, soldered the mechanical and non-mechanical parts of the gate that after such efforts the problem arrived with the actuator. Though your technician appeared personable I am not sure if he was truly knowledgeable in how to have repaired our gate. A matter of fact the gate has not been really fixed since he or another of your technicians work on it several times before. It is suspect that each time they come we are paying upwards of $500.00 for a gate that is not fully fixed! So with that said, and with the deepest regret, I will not be having your company seek to repair our gate, because I have lost confidence in the integrity of your technician's and company's ability to provide the services your company claimed to be able to do on your business web page an other means of marketing.

Google11st service call, no show. 2nd service call 30 min late. We get home and door closes but opens by itself after closing. 3rd times a charm. Door only open 3 feet. Top panel bent and has hole it now. Another company replaced it in less than 2 hours start to finish.

Google1This place is the one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever had to deal with. I live in Graham and they have missed 2 appointments with no calls or messages left if they did. Only when I called did I find out yet again they will not be in Graham today. It seems they just don't want to service the Graham area. Perhaps it's the home warranty company they don't want to work with. If so, just say so. I do not recommend using this company if you live outside of WF.

Google1This is probably one of the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. They schedule appointments and then take it upon themselves to cancel/ change with no regard to customer, then suggest you get a neighbor or friend to help. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. 3rd day in a row that I had to call them only to be told they wouldn't make it again. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Update- 4 missed appointments.

Google1If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and left a message for them to call me back because my garage door was stuck halfway down and looked like a bented up mess. I called a friend and he suggested a different door company that called back sooner AND is significantly cheaper with high praise!!!. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. When Clay from Overhead door called back, I told him I'd already made contact with another company and he stated "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up. Not someone I'd ever want to deal with!

Google1Timeliness was very inconsiderate. Professionalism wasn't professional at all. LaDonna when I explained to her what was going on and she didn't realize that she had previously spoken to me and scheduled a appointment for me she tried to move mines back even further than when she had already previously scheduled me. She also called me a liar and said that American Home Shield, July (a employee) never spoke to them about my problem/situation as he told me that he did on Sunday, August 23, 2020. The most serious issue is that with my previous garage door opener, I was able to access and operate my garage door opener from my cellphone and tablet. The belt on my original garage door opener broke and Overhead Door stated that "it would take 2-3 weeks to get a belt to fit my device". So they had it replaced with a new one and it took them over 3 weeks to have it replaced from the time I contacted them anyways. The new device I have now does not have the capabilities to be compatible or accessible from my cellphone or tablets. Both American Home Shield & Overhead Door of Wichita Falls both understood and were aware of this prior to replacing my original garage door opener. I also asked LaDonna if I could have my "super old" garage door opener back that they took from my house and she stated that she would have to check with Tony (the technician) to see if he could locate it and that she would call me back. That conversation occurred on Monday, August 24, 2020 and I have not received a professional or courtesy phone call from her or anyone representing Overhead Door of Wichita Falls Texas. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of respect for customer using insurance companies and also their receptionist professionalism over the phone.

Google5After no response from other companies, I tried Overhead Door. They answered the phone immediately and had a tech out the next day. He was prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. Granted, mine wasn't a big project (just replacing the sealer strip at the bottom of the garage door and checking a button), but it was important to get it done. The tech even saved me money by just cleaning a wire instead of replacing an entire keypad. Wish I had called Overhead Door first, but you can bet they'll be the only place I call the next time.
