Google5I had a issue with my garage door opener. First call to another service said it would be 6 days before they had an opening, no return call from another service. Within two hours of my call to Texoma they showed up and made necessary repairs within 30 minutes. Great customer service.

Google3$95 for a 5 minute house call. We had an issue with the obstacle sensor on our garage door opener and we called these guys first. Very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, but the only work they did was re-strip the wire lead going into the garage opener. We've hired quite a few plumbers, A/C techs, carpenters, etc. here in the WF area and we've never been charged anywhere close to that amount for such little work. Didn't even provide a receipt. By contrast, Hall Building Products removed a broken torsion spring and replaced it with two new ones (45 minutes worth of work for two people) and only charged $90 for labor. Recommend calling them first.

Google1We have used this company twice to fix our garage door on our rental property this year. They are quick to get out and do the job, however in march 2020 they replaced 1 spring and in October 2020 went out again and then replaced both springs. Kallie sent me an invoice and then I questioned the repair. Why did they replace both springs when they just did 1 in march and she has yet to reply. My husband and i have left voicemails, sent her text and emailed that we would like to understand why both springs were replaced when they said they should last 5 years or so. We have informed her we are trying in good faith to pay this bill however she won't call us back. How do you expect to stay in business if you cannot provide good customer service or return calls to get paid? Please call me so we can take care if this.

Google5Texhoma Door & Gate has great customer service. Called early Friday morning asking for a quote. After receiving quote, received a call back in less than an hour stating the parts are available and could install my garage door opener, the same day. (That’s awesome) By noon two polite gentleman were installing my garage door opener. Quick and Friendly Service. Look no further they are awesome

Google5I called concerning a cable coming off track on garage door. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, he came within 30 minutes fitting me in before leaving for another job out of town. Within a short time the door was fixed and working great. The rates they charge are very reasonable and the workmanship is great and he was honest. Thank you very, very much for the service.

BBB5It took a few days after I contacted them to set up a service appointment. The technician arrived when he said he would! My garage door would not close all the way and then it would roll back up. The technician was very friendly and professional. He had spare parts on his truck, and he was able to fix the door in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company!

Angi5I was needing major repairs for my 2 overhead shop doors. Angie's List provided me with 4 companies in Wichita Falls (about 25 miles from my residence). After checking reviews, and going with the one which seemed to be the best, I chose Texhoma Door and Gate. When I called, I was told that they would get back to me early the next day, or as soon as they were available. Around 2:00 PM that same day, they called back and said they could here at 2:30 if okay with me. At 2:30, David and Kahler arrived at my place. After a thorough "triage" of my doors, and the motors on each, I was told that one motor was no longer serviceable and the other needed cleaning and a new switch. Since I was locked in, or our, without the new opener, I gave them the go-ahead and they went to work. In 2 hours, the work was done. They had replaced the one new opener, cleaned the other, replace chains, replaced wall switches on both doors, programmed the new remote, cleaned up all trash/old parts, etc., and were ready to go. They were absolutely marvelous in their work, knowledge of their job, and professional attitude toward their job. The rate was very reasonable for the job done and distance travelled. David came back 2 days later and brought me a new, universal remote for the old opener, programmed it and was on his way. If I ever need service for my overhead doors, there will only be one number to call. Thank you Texhoma Door and Gate. Services Rendered: Replace one door opener, clean and repair a 2nd opener, replace wall switches on both doors, provide new remote for one opener.

Angi1I have American Homeshield and they contracted them on May 3rd. I had to call and schedule an appointment for them to come out. The technician arrived on May 7th and claimed the opener required to be replaced. He said he would AHS for approval and would return on may 9th for repair. Did not hear from them and called AHS on May 9th approximately 5 pm. AHS said they would get a holds of them and get back to me. May 10th Technician call and drop call and never heard back. I contact AHS and they gave me authorization to contact another vendor of choice. Each time we did make contact, they claim they were so busy. I contacted Overhead door and they responded and completed the work in less than 6 hours. They only needed to replace the capacitor. Hmmm go figure! Services Rendered: Overhead garage door opener
