Leaving one star because zero stars wasn't an option. I called to get a technician to come fix my garage door. I was told a tech would contact me, and they never did. My husband called the next day and got the same story. After the fourth time, they hung up on him. This feels like a scam.

Came 1 day earlier than expected, Nick worked quick and efficient. Company is now owned by Sturdi-Bilt from Hutchinson, KS. Also valuable is that a real human answers the phone, without a long-winded introduction and many buttons to push, to leave a message that no one bothers to call back. They'll have my business again!
