He was very polite and professional and evaluated the garage door for safety and educated us on necessary work that is needed for proper functioning and safety. Thank you for the service. Google5Very knowledgeable installer who listened to what I had to say. After checking out the opener operation he made an adjustment that resolved the issue. He recommended replacing the opener in the near future based on the age of the opener and issues I am experiencing. I agreed.

Google5Our tech was prompt and efficient. Thankfully, we didn't need a full overhaul or anything major at all, just some tightening of bolts and application of professional oil to the pulleys and wheels. We recommend them for their professionalism

Google5Samuel was awesome!!! Totally Rock!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!! I am calling him back to do our side once we get done with the rest of our renovations inside. We got multiple quotes but his was the best!!! He very nice and professional.

Google5From the Sales Process (Joe Norton) to the install of a new door by John, everything went exceptionally well. The reason I chose Overhead Door was the Customer Service. The initial phone call was expedited to Sales, and Sales called to setup initial appointment. I called another competitor, and since they heard insurance was involved due to storms, they chose to only give a quote over the phone. Overhead Door sent Joe Norton who not only walked me through my choices but made his recommendations due to the garage layout, stating it would be warmer in winter and cooler in the summer. Chose Overhead because they wanted to come out to get actual visual, delivered on the arrival time, visited and created a friend, left quote with no pressure to buy NOW, because he knew I was dealing with insurance, and kept me aware of install dates. Once insurance approved, a call into Joe was returned the next morning with him letting me know he would get with Install Manager and call me back with date and time of install. (SPOT ON) Installer John arrived on time and began his work and everything went smoothly. John even made mention of a bottom seal that could be used because concrete was poured with too much of an arch. I did modify things a little to keep bugs from getting in and it works perfectly, but John also went above and beyond his duties and reached out a week later with a product available online that will create a even better seal. 5 Star Product, Service, & Customer Service! Google5We got hit by a lightning, and it melted both garage door openers. The technician who came to help us was amazing, punctual, and professional. We are glad we called them.
