Google1I contacted Alantic garage doors for some services back at the end of July. I have recently purchased a home and was needing a garage opener, garage pad, and some other services. I called the number on my garage motor and this is the company who awnsered. I since then has gave this company my name, address, and phone number for them to make time to come service. I understand that they are located in wilmington but you stated you service richlands area, so why continue to not communicate and update with me and then when i finally reach out over and over its "we gonna get out there next week". Very unprofessional. I would have been pleased if you just responded that you didnt want to drive all the way to me. So here we are 2 months later not able to get into my garage with the exception of the kitchen along with a gap i was needing looked at. Do Not Recommend.
