Google5I had an excellent experience with my garage door repair service! Andy was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. His customer service was top-notch. He was friendly, professional, and honest. On top of that, he kept a very clean workspace and left everything looking better than when he arrived. If you need garage door repair, I highly recommend asking for Andy. Outstanding service from start to finish!

The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. The pricing was also very fair compared to the other quotes I received. Highly recommend!

Google5WeFixIt came and fixed my garage door within couple of hours after I called them. Their service was excellent and the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. This is the second time I call them and I would recommend WeFixIt for any garage door repairs.

Yelp5I'm not sure what happened, but initially, the garage door was off track and would close but not close completely. Then a metal plate towards the top of the garage was completely twisted to the point, I knew I wouldn't be able to open and close the garage and would likely struggle to do the sake with manual release cord. While not an emergency, my anxiety needed this fixed asap. I checked reviews and settled on We Fix It and called in Jan 2, not expecting a same day turnaround. Jonathan arrived at my home earlier due to schedule changes, and he also called ahead to ask if it was okay to arrive sooner than expected. He performed a free 13-point inspection and gave me all of my options. He's extremely knowledgeable and updated me on the latest and greatest on all these garage doors. After We Fix It, my garage door is nearly inaudible, simply by replacing metal wheels with nylon wheels. I'm happy with the service Jonathon provided. I was ready for all new everything but a simple repair was all I needed.

Yelp2I don't believe in coincidence. After replacing the spring the opener went poof and started smoking. They will not replace due to age. They said it would have happened at any time.

Yelp5When I arrived home Sunday morning my garage door wouldn't open. I called WeFixIt who scheduled a repair for Monday. By 10:40am Monday the repair was completed, springs and bearings, additionally the tech noticed and replaced a missing roller. Very fast response and repair, thanks!

Yelp5Needed one coil replaced. Quoted $500 for 2 coils or $325 for one coil. I needed to get my truck out of the garage so I let them replace the one coil that was broken. Today however I went back and called another company and they quoted $150. This is my fault. I should have gotten other quotes. However, paying for a part that cost $30 to $40 dollars and paying the WeFixIt, with tax $327 was a pretty good markup. Will never use them again. Always get multiple quotes is the lesson here. I want to write an update to my post yesterday. 2 hours after I posted WeFixIt called me to discuss my issues. I explained my concern and WeFixIt credited me back 30% of my original invoice. I appreciate that they called and that they stepped up to the plate in their professionalism with my concerns. That is what a good company should do and I would recommend them in the future.

Yelp5Good honest phone repair place. I had my phone that was not charging properly, thought might have to replace the battery. Turns out there was lint stuck in the charging port. The guys at WeFixIt, took care of the problem without trying to rip me off. On top of that, they didn't even charge me anything for their time. Have taken all of my device problems to them ever since.

Yelp5To say I'm amazed is an understatement! Our pretty ancient garage door opener finally died on Friday night. I called and left a message after hours thinking I'd hear the following week. I woke up Saturday morning with a text saying they could come that day! Pierce was our technician and he did a great job going over our options with us. He helped us get our fancy new opener set up, pricing was fair and reasonable, and now everything is running great. Highly recommend WeFixIt!!

The tech came out and was so efficient, knowledgeable and nice. Door just needed a lube and now opens smoothly. Definitely recommend their services and will always call them with any problems.

Yelp5Very pleased with the service from the WeFixIt team. Our garage door stopped working late one evening. I called at 8am the next morning and the representative assured me that a technician can be there the same day. When the technician arrived, he was thoughtful about diagnosing the problem (worn and frayed belt) and discussed options to replace the belt versus the entire system without pressuring us in either direction. The installation ended up being more tricky than expected and he took his time to ensure the belt was installed properly and all issues had been addressed. The prices were very fair (including the offered price to replace the system which we did not pursue). Overall, highly recommend WeFixIt and will continue to use them going forward.
