Google5We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Keith Smith Construction, LLC over the past year as they built our two-car garage with a flat roof and patio on top—what we lovingly call our “garagio.” From start to finish, communication was outstanding. They were truly just a text message away at any time of day, and from the very beginning we were provided with a clear layout of the entire project. Their website made it easy to track each phase, so we always knew exactly where things stood. One of the things we appreciated most was how hands-off the experience could be. After sharing our vision, details, and wishes, we felt complete trust in the team to execute the project beautifully—and they absolutely delivered. Every member of the team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely approachable. As with any construction project, a few bumps came up along the way, but what stood out was how promptly we were informed and reassured. Each time, they already had a plan in motion to pivot and keep things moving forward. Keith Smith Construction LLC, is truly professional and clearly driven by the goal of making their clients’ dreams come true. We couldn’t be happier with our “garagio” and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a construction team they can trust. From the very beginning, their team impressed us with clear, proactive communication. Every question we had—big or small—was answered quickly and thoroughly, making us feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. The project itself was a major undertaking, but they managed every detail efficiently. They consistently provided updates, addressed our concerns promptly, and kept us in the loop at every stage. Their responsiveness truly set them apart from other contractors we’ve worked with in the past. Most importantly, they completed our addition on time and within the agreed budget. Google5We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Keith Smith Construction on our partial kitchen renovation. From our first conversation with Chris, we knew that KSC cares about their customers and quality of work. We felt like KSC listened to and really heard our requests and feedback throughout the whole process. We also felt like KSC was on our side and had our backs whenever issues popped up. During the design process, Hunter kept us updated and gave helpful suggestions for materials and designs that would work with our space and budget. During the actual construction process, Matthew sent us weekly and sometimes daily updates on the plan and progress. We were kept in the loop, and the whole team was responsive to any questions we had. Mathew was a fantastic project manager. He was very friendly, professional and organized. We really appreciated how much he was on-site and available to answer questions or just give us general updates. Likewise, Wayne was always friendly and available to answer questions. The team's attention to detail was excellent. The tile backsplash, for example, was installed cleanly, with straight grout lines. The craftsmanship on the crown molding around the hood range was very impressive and professional. The team was punctual and hardworking. Every crew member was friendly and took the time to get to know us and answer any questions we had. Overall, the project management and timeline was excellent. The work stayed on schedule with minimal setbacks or surprises. We would use KSC for future home projects without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone.

I've gotten to know the owner Chris over the last year and I've never met a more honest contractor. As the owner of Forever Windows and working with contractors over the last 20 plus years, I've never met a building company that's more dedicated to giving each of their customers A + results. The best way to always do something is the right way and Keith Smith Construction does just that each and every time. I give this company my personal endorsement and know in my heart if you hire them, they won't let you down.

Google5We loved our inherited family home, great location, great land, great family connections, but it didn't fit our family's growing size! After considering other homes on the market we decided to invest in what we already love with a home addition that included a new master bedroom/bathroom, a kids room, new laundry room, and an office. We vetted probably 15 different options for General Contractors and Construction companies including ones that came with personal recommendations but none of them matched the professionalism and communication of Keith Smith Construction LLC. This company has an easy to navigate modern website with clear details of how they work with clients, they communicated directly and immediately at every step of the way, they provided options and education with no pressure, and they delivered a high quality home addition even quicker than we anticipated with minimal interruptions to our normal day to day in the rest of the house. This project was finished several weeks ago so we have had time to get settled in and are confident the quality and comfort is amazing. I love the way we were able to incorporate our personal touches, like the bathroom sink from a local pottery studio and matching doorknobs to the antique ones in the rest of the house. I also enjoyed the humor and personalities of everyone we worked with through the entire process. Holden was our main point of contact throughout and was ready to talk through any aspects, he was joined by Rob and they made a solid team. Chris was great about coming out at the most important stages and being available if needed all along the way. Overall it was an enjoyable process. Thanks, Keith Smith Construction, LLC for helping add on to the home we already loved with a beautiful addition to fall even more in love with!

Google5Keith Smith Construction is AMAZING! We had a lot of termite and moisture damage in one corner of our house, where our master bedroom is. Some of the floor joists had actually crumbled and broken. The termites had done a number on the band and sill plate around that corner as well, and had even gotten up into some of the wall studs. When I contacted Keith Smith Construction about getting their help to repair our bedroom, I was afraid they would say they did not want to do it, because it was going to be some nasty, difficult work, But they never hesitated and said they could do it. They were very courteous and professional. If they said they would call you at a specific time or come to your house at a specific time, they called and showed up right on time. They gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate for the work we requested. Since they were working on the bedroom anyway, we had them go ahead and do new carpet, remove an outside door to the bedroom that we never used (which required them to re-side the outside wall), re-paint the bedroom, and had them do new LVP flooring in the adjoining master bathroom and hallway. Everyone involved in our project was capable, professional, and courteous and did great work; from Lori, who took our initial call, to the owner Chris and remodel supervisor Wayne, to the crew that actually did the work (Jason, Rucker, and Schaefer). They worked hard and got done before Christmas, so that we could move back into our bedroom. They found a few other issues, like some rotted subfloor in the master bathroom, which they replaced without even missing a beat, with minimal added cost. They also fixed a plumbing leak, fixed some electrical wiring issues caused by the floor damage, and made some supports for some of the large plumbing pipes as a preventative measure. And the finished project looked amazing. Thank you to everyone at Keith Smith Construction who made our project successful.

The customer service from day one was top notch! It was one of their guy’s bday and Wayne brought him a cake! Their team was very professional, nice and polite. I can’t wait to use them for our next Reno job!

Google5My family hired Keith Smith Construction after a terrible experience with a previous contractor who did subpar work and left us with 5 unfinished house projects. Working with Chris, Wayne, and Jason was a completely different story as they were organized, prepared, punctual, and professional. I appreciate how respectful they were of our home, the work was not only done but done well, and they were willing to work out a contract that suited us bc of our unfortunate situation. I can’t speak highly enough of Chris or his team and would truly recommend them to anyone. Our family will certainly call them first the next time we need any work done!
