It took very long for them to install the carport. They gave me a date of July 28 to come out and install the carport. They called me before the 28th to let me know that they would not be able to come out because of a storm. They said they would reschedule the appointment for the following Thursday, I took the day off and they called me to say that they would not be coming because their truck broke down. They recheduled the appointment for Saturday the 2nd, they called again to let me know that they would not be coming out because of the storm. They rescheduled the appointment once again for the following Monday, I left work early to meet them there. The driver called me and notified me that he would be there in 30 minutes. The driver ended up showing up late because he said he got turned around and had the incorrect address. When they came to install the carport one of the workers were smoking which I told them that I did not allow smoking on my property. They told me that the car port would take an hour to install which it took 4 hours for them to finish. Services Rendered: They installed a carport.
