Google5Folks did a great job!! Needed a special install to maximize garage height and they got every inch available. Every part of the process was handled extremely professionally. Order, schedule, install, all went super smooth and done by great people.

Google5We have used Marvin's garage doors multiple times here in Clemmons. Everything from the intake on the phone, scheduling, and the team members they send out, makes them the best at what they do. They were able to get someone out within a day or two and fix a ⛓️💥 broken spring once and a broken belt( that was under warranty and I didn't have to pay for it) and get us up and running quickly (within an hour). They also take 💳 credit cards and are a pleasure to work with. Great customer service!

Google5Great company. They scheduled me quickly, got to me ahead of time and knocked out my belt replacements promptly. Super professional and friendly. I had heard good things about them but it was my first experience using them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Google5We needed two garage door drive belts replaced due to age. Our service tech, Travis was outstanding in every way, on time, courteous and professional. Repairs were made in a timely manner and cost was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with the experience and Highly Recommend Marvin’s Garage Doors! We will definitely call them again the next time we need any kind of garage door service.

Google5Marvin's Garage Doors did an awesome job replacing 30 plus years old garage doors with beautiful brand new garage doors. No maintenance, no worries! And the price was exceptional! They arrived promptly for the Estimate and for the install! Two guys, Two doors, 3 1/2 hours and we now have doors that are not only beautiful but smooth, and quiet running and that is with the old motors!! So glad we decided on Marvin's! Totally Satisfied with their service, their price and their product. Very grateful they came up in our Google search!! Keep doing it right Marvin's! And THANKS!! Highly recommend!!

BBB1DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Took a deposit from us and cashed the check on 9/15/2023; was told we would have the install completed within a few days to a week, since we had selected in stock colors. As of 10/3/23 I have no doors. I have spoken to Jon multiple times with no results. I have tried to reach the owner Barry. I send a email requesting a refund. NO Response. 100% agree with both of the reviews below. Jon is a liar and unprofessional! We will have to resort to legal action as well.

BBB1We paid them half and after being given multiple dates for install, it still hasn’t happened. They won’t even answer their phone now. We will be having to take legal actions against them! I don’t want to even give them one star. You have to leave at least one!

BBB1I called Davie Garage Door for a new garage door, I called on a Thursday and was pleased to hear they might be able to come put it in that Friday or the following Monday. I paid in full upfront because I had my garage door serviced by them a few years before and was pleased with their service. I was given excuse after excuse from John, promised day after promised day they would come and never show up or communicate with me. At the 3rd week, a man showed up, worked about 2 1/2 hours, the door didn’t fit, he said it shuts but you’ll just have to pull it down a little manually. I noticed he did not replace any tracks, springs or anything, literally put a new garage door up using the old garage parts, it sounded horrible going up and down. I asked if new parts came with a new garage door and he said yes. So before he left I told him I paid for a new door and I want new parts and for the door to actually shut. He said John sometimes does that to folks, just uses old parts. They would have to order them. He was very apologetic. He asked if anyone came out to measure, I told him no. Bottom line, Davie Garage Door tried to cheat me, lied to me numerous times, failed to show up at set times and not once did the owner even reach out. I was out of work 3 days to accommodate them after being lied to about when they would show up only to then be almost swindled had I not caught what they were doing. Terribly disappointed they would take money for a new garage door and try to get by using all old parts of the old door. John is absolutely the most unprofessional person who will not communicate or when he does he just straight lied and he literally tried to cheat me out of what I paid for. Never use this company if you value you time and hard earned money.
