Worst company we have ever dealt with. Took our 7k deposit and have not agreed to deliver our doors. Called 8-10 times but no response. Spoke with lawyer today to begin the legal process.

They took half of my money 5 months ago and They keep saying the had my doors but never delivered, After me calling and calling they finally said they need the other half of the doors to be able to get the doors in and now there web site is gone, They said some member of the company had took larger amout of money from the company and they were trying to recover, I dont think this is ture, I am seeking a laywer to resolve this issue.

This company has stolen $2000 from me, and I won't be silent about it anymore. I ordered garage doors on 3/28/2022. The only thing I ever received was a laundry list of lies (supply issues), delays, and never to be returned phone calls. I NEVER got my door! Call other companies- there are NO supply issues except their suppliers refusing to give them product for their unpaid bills!! Public records indicate a laundry list of DOR judgements for UNPAID TAXES. The DOR will get their money long before I will. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! They are running a Ponzi scheme. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

I would leave a zero star if I could. Ever since the change in ownership, this company has gone downhill. I don't see how they do any business with their lack of communication. How hard is it to pick up a phone and call someone back? Just terrible.

This company is very nice but not organized at all. My first appointment I had scheduled they never showed or called. I had to call them. I rescheduled for the following week. They called on the wrong day to let me know they were coming and I told them I was scheduled for Friday. When Friday rolled around they called 30 minutes before appointment time and I confirmed I would be there by 8 to meet them. They didn't show again so I called and was told they were on the way. 1 hour later and still no one! I do not recommend this company! I wasted a lot of time waiting around for no one to show up.

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because this company was always good about coming out and fixing my garage door within one day. However In January 2023 I ordered garage doors thru them and was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I called them at the end of February and they told me my doors were there but a panel was missing and they would check with the warehouse to find out what happened. Well 3 weeks went by and another phone call to them and they told me the same thing, they would check with the warehouse. 2 weeks later still no communication with Mac doors. After numerous calls, left messages I finally told them on a voice mail I would go through any company. That was in March and I still have not heard from them. I have ordered the doors thru another company and they will be installed next week.

Terrible communication, service and simply doesn't know what he's doing, he being Brent. I had several folks recommend MAC, maybe ownership changed? excuse after excuse when he would install. DO NOT USE and for goodness sake do NOT give a deposit. Wish I could give zero stars.

Words cannot describe the disappointment we had with this company during our new home build. I am not sure who is leading this company but they need to learn the value of open and honest communication. Our builder chose this company for our garage doors. We place our order back in Mid 2022 and the doors just got completed this week March 6 2023! Story after story, lie after lie, we were delayed in the finished product. I personally called them multiple times and spoke with different associates and every single time got a different answer and quite frankly the "run around" as it pertained to the status of our garage door order. Anywhere from: "we have them at our warehouse but don't have the manpower to get them installed" to, " I don't see your order in our system", to "I'll check on and get back to you"...none of those responses were accurate nor executed upon. Hind sight being 20/20, had we known this, we would certainly have picked a different company to do business with. My hope is that they'll turn it around but my experience and feel is they won't or cannot. Just the basic ask of open and honest communication was not executed by this company, which in today's world, its all a consumer can ask for. I can understand delayed shipments and such but the lack of customer service and integrity here warrants the 1 star review. Buyer, beware...that is all!

Unfortunately, I am not impressed with how the technicians from this company completed this job. They did not address the main concern which was a weatherstrip dragging on the floor and left a messy strip of black glue along the bottom of the door frame. On top of that, they were extremely rude to the client and I was a witness when they hung up the phone twice because they did not like her "attitude." Frankly, she has every right to be upset about how this was handled. Hanging up on a customer is NOT good customer service. Would not recommend them.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening and closing completely. I called Mac Garage Door Company ask if they could troubleshoot and fix it. The installation crew that came over recommended replacing the spring, which they did on a return visit ($200). Several days later the door still had the same issues, including the door not going all the way up. I ended up at Lowe's to buy a replacement opener ($200) and had the same people install it ($200). It seemed to fix the problem but only for a few days. The motor made a noticeable humming sound and quit working. I called their office to ask if the installers could come back to my house to troubleshoot. The person who answered said he would send someone over to look at it but after two days of waiting no one appeared. I called another company this time to replace the opener I bought at Lowe's. This company sells a different brand than Lowe's does which works better and is quieter. The installer told me that the chain I bought for the one from Lowe's was for a 7-ft track and not 8-ft, which is in my garage. At this point I'm in for a spring I didn't need, a non-working motor, and another $200 to install it. The latest motor was $750, which included installation. So now, the total bill is $1,350 for a spring I didn't need, a new motor that stopped working, and installation. Mac Garage Doors probably didn't want to send someone to my house to troubleshoot the motor since it wasn't one they sold, but it would have been nice if they were here to look at it and give their recommendation. I even said that I would pay for a service call. So, all-in-all it wasn't a good experience with Mac Garage Doors and won't use them again.

We love our garage door. It looks great and insulates well. Before buying the new door, our old garage door had been serviced several times by MAC Garage Door Co.. We were so impressed with their great customer service, that's why we chose to buy the new garage door from MAC. We would highly recommend them for garage door servicing, repair, or replacement.

Before you put a deposit down for garage doors, make sure you are ready to wait over 6 months to call and find out they don't have them only to be told they are ready to be picked up. Then wait another 3 months to call and get the same story. Then call another week later and get told they are picking them up and will put in the next week. Then call them and find out they are ready to be picked up. They don't call you. You have to call them to find out whats going on. They have put us In a bind. They told us 120 days out. We are so far in that we can't go somewhere else because the price of doors have increased dramatically. We are seeking legal assistance at this point for either our doors to be installed or them to pay the difference in additional cost for having to use someone else plus attorney fees. It was a great experience. Our salesperson Kyle was super-responsive to each follow up email or request I had during the sales process. Once we decided and placed our order, the doors arrived quickly and were installed just a few days after they came in. The whole experience was customer oriented and professional. The CHI insulated doors look great, work perfectly and have a great warranty. I feel we will have these doing well for us for years to come. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 very old (over 20 years) deteriorating wood garage doors with new insulated doors with Wifi integrated lifters.
