Google5Excellent Garage Door Service!!! We recently had a broken spring on our garage door, and Chase did an outstanding job—not only fixing the issue but also completing a Torquemaster conversion. The work was efficient, professional, and high-quality from start to finish. What he quoted was exactly what was charged, and he was at the house the very next day. My husband was thoroughly impressed and plans to pass Chase’s name along to friends and neighbors. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Google5I called to get some information about replacing a broken spring and they said they could come out that day to fix it. The technician arrived within 2 minutes of the scheduled time and got to work right away. He was done within 35 minutes and charged me exactly what I was quoted on the phone. He even took the time to reprogram the up/down travel on my jackshaft mounted opener and greased each of the rollers. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the operation before leaving. Very professional and courteous and even answered all of my questions patiently. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about them.

Google5This afternoon, Jordan Watts arrived on time and installed a new bottom seal on our garage door. Jordan was very pleasant and efficient in performing this task. I have since passed his contact info on to a friend with a high recommendation. Also, on 11/27 Pro TEC arrived at the scheduled time to replace broken torsion springs on our garage door. I had called on Sunday 11/26 and response was we'll be there tomorrow and they were. Did an excellent job, at the stated time. Great service. Without this repair, we were not able to open the garage door to get our cars out. The spring broke late on Saturday night 11/25. I cannot say enough good about this company, its people and their excellent service.
