Google5I had a problem with my garage door opener and I called Door Systems Worcester and they were able to send someone out a couple of days later to fix my opener. The man that came out was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was in just a few minutes and replaced the part and I no longer had a problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a repair for their garage to call Door Systems Worcester first.

Google5Our experience was very good. We had to have someone come out and check our door first. He was very helpful and explained everything about the door opener. Then we had to have an appointment for someone to install the new door opener. A gentleman was very nice. Explained what he was going to do. The work was done quickly. And I am very happy with the installation and the door opening system itself. I would definitely recommend this company.

Google5Paul came within the time frame scheduled. He was polite and professional. Explained what he was going to do to keep the cold out/ better seal around the garage door. New key pad installed. 2 new opener remotes programed. The work area was cleaned before leaving. Thank you!

Angi3One of the owners stopped by, inspected the door, and we discussed the prices for the things I was interested in getting done. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup. Services Rendered: Garage door opener replacement.

Angi5I called Garage Door 24 Hours after I found their name through a google search. "Searched on "Garage Door Repair Natick". This guy came right away. Very punctual. Said he would come between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, and would call me 45 minutes before his ETA. He called / and was at my driveway sharp at 5:15pm. He worked for an hour and fixed the problem. This guy Eli is a very knowledgeable and skillful service man. He is also very funny and entertaining. Enjoyed talking to him for an hour / watch him work. I am happy. Garage door works like well oiled machine. I recommend this company for your garage door needs. Services Rendered: My garage door was not going up/down when I press the button. I had to give it a manual lift before the motor could take over. It was a pain. I called Garage Door 24 Hours after I found their name through a google search. Also, he was very reasonable with his price, and he helped me make some alterations to the system. We used to have pretty bad experiences with our garage door, and we feel that finding and working with Eli has been a blessing. Services Rendered: Removed old garage door and installed a new one.
