Yelp5Friends, this the company you should call for repairs or replacement of your broken garage door. The giant spring on our garage door broke after 20 years of use. We felt lucky that it lasted about 5 years longer than expected, but of course it was a Saturday. Not only was Reliable Garage Doors of Newburyport open on a Saturday to take our call, but they also sent a fantastic technician to our home on a Sunday! Ben did an amazing job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, repaired the door properly, and gave me excellent advice on maintenance. I asked about replacement of some older parts on the other door, but rather than needlessly upsell us, he inspected the parts and advised us to save money for now and keep what we had in place. I would definitely call RGD again, if I ever have the need. If only all businesses were this attentive, this skilled, and stood so strongly behind their work.
