Absolute trash! I bought a mattress and adjustable frame on a Tuesday and was told oh it will be there Saturday if you pay extra money (which i did). The next day I receive a summary email that shows my order. Turns out it was entered into the computer wrong. I have to go back to the store spend a half hour with this guys to refund and re-order the bed and he tells me ohhh it will still be there on Saturday. The day before delivery i get another call that says sorry we cant deliver your bed please call in for assistance. Here I am 2 weeks later still with no bed.

I have to say that I can not believe that this store, located in York PA at the Galleria Mall is closing down, and Bon-tons as well. It will be replaced with future casinos yah I know right. So don't be said, there Boscov and other stores and a new small and I mean small Marshall there. Maybe with the casino coming, it may uplift this mall and the surrounding area.

Artificially inflated prices for their going of of business sale. Looked at a push mowers a couple of weeks ago. Prices then were below today's sale prices. Clerk informed us the liquidators inflate the prices even though they advertise sale prices. Just like big business to try to screw the public (as usual).

Easy visit. I love that they have the outdoor power equipment at an exit access that is easy to access. Sadly I learned today on June 9th 2018 that they will be closing soon.

Worse experience I had with customer service thus far. I had a layaway that was placed in December. Due to personal reasons my husband and I decided to cancel it. I paid $162 and some change by this time. Come January I go to the York store to cancel it and was told their system is not allowing them to handle this. The manager advise I just pay it off and then do an exchange. Yes, that sounds easy however, not the route I wanted to go, I mean why? They willingly took my money and now all of a sudden "unable to do it." I fought with the store back in forth, made calls to corporate and nothing. FINALLY the end of March, I received my refund. They deducted $20.00 because of me cancelling it, however, it is finally over. I am very disappointed with Sears and how they handled this situation.
