Google5One of my springs broke and trapped my car in my garage. John had both swapped out in under 40 minutes. I called 4 places for cost estimates. John's was best, and luckily he was able to come out same day. The springs he put in are bigger than my old ones. He also gave me some good info on other parts of my garage door. I'm very happy so far. John really seems to know what he's doing. Would recommend to everyone.

Google5When we moved in, our garage door had a hole in it so you could access the locking mechanism. The previous owners locked themselves out. Then the chain broke so we had to make another hole to get the chain. It was UNDESIRABLE!! I googled garage door installations and Brand was one of three companies we consulted. I will say this about Brand…John’s customer service is what sold me. Excellent customer service, very helpful and the price was just right!! I cannot recommend Brand Garage Doors enough! We are very pleased with our new garage door!! It’s beautiful and I never thought I would love a garage door but here I am!

Google5Same day service. Called around 8:30, arrived around 11:30. Did a quality job replacing a broken torsion spring and tuning everything back up. Super friendly and professional.
