We called and spoke with Josh on Monday, December 22. We knew we needed work done on our door. He came out on Tuesday, December 23, at 8am sharp. He checked out our unit and asked what problems we were experiencing. He agreed and then pointed out what he had additionally found. He told me prices, sent an estimate contract text. He had options very easy to understand and we signed it directly on our phone. Their setup was very simple and professional. We were very pleasantly surprised with their PRICE, knowledge and the professionalism of this company.

We recently experienced a spring failure on one our garage doors. Not something that happens frequently. The door was down with a vehicle inside. A quick internet search late in the day revealed Mr. Goldie in Yuba City. A couple of surprises. One, they answered the phone late afternoon Thursday. Two, they were able to schedule us for the next day late morning. (I didn’t ask but I felt they would have shown up Thursday if I’d asked or the situation had been more emergent). Turns out we chose wisely. Josh & Jordan were very courageous & respectful. Josh was very product savvy. Plus they had the repair parts in stock. They arrived within the timeframe promised. The repair/component replacement took about 1 1/2 hours. They used premium quality replacement parts and the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend this business for any residential garage door repair or installation.

Greg is professional and efficient. We had the pleasure of working with Greg for service as well as placement of new garage doors. We went with C.H.I Overhead Doors. He was the best price for install of beautiful wood look doors in the Northern Ca area. Thousands less than the Door Co in Yuba City. I would 100% recommend Greg and Alhambra for repairs but especially for a beautiful garage door upgrade. We had a minor factory issue with the CHI Doors and Greg was able to communicate with the company directly and have it remedied and then efficiently fixed the issue.

Garage door spring unexpectedly broke leaving us stranded at home not being able move cars. Did usual research both online as well as word-of-mouth and Alhambra quickest to reply and with most reasonable estimate. Eli was able to show up within a couple of hours after our phone call. He was very prompt, even calling to give us an ETA. Once arrived, he replaced the springs, balanced the door, and even adjusted the settings on our garage door opener properly all very efficiently! Would recommend Alhambra without reservation!

We saw the Alhambra Garage Doors ad in the Shopper and gave Greg a call. Wow! He was professional and communicative. He scheduled a time to come over and take some measurements, as well as show us the options we had. He emailed us a quote and we agreed to the purchase. Our doors were in stock so we scheduled the install. The install took one day, it was efficient and very clean. I'm so happy with the whole experience and the quality of the product! Greg was amazing. He initially tried to trouble-shoot over the phone, then later stopped by and quickly fixed the problem "for the time being." My door opener failed twice more before I learned the motor was actually beyond it's life expectancy, and repairs would likely be unreasonable v. replacement. Greg explained the options, and I choose a new opener which he installed in less time than he estimated. I appreciate his knowledge, prompt response, professionalism, and no-nonsense work.
