Ruined our first new home experience due to uneducated management. Multiple discrepancies with our material order and the shell package we paid for is not what we have built. Instead of attempting to make things better for customer satisfaction they’ve argued every fact. Both the owner and manager lied to me multiple times and could not distinguish the difference between a treated post and non treated post. In fact told me twice they were treated when material list even shows that they’re laminate post. Paid for over 70 sheets of plywood sheathing but it did not get delivered and now framers saying it’s completed and proceeded framing without whole material order. Lumber company did not give framer the correct blue prints to frame my new home so the windows are not in the right location or even set to correct elevation. Sent me 2x4 jamb doors that are framed in with 2x6’s so the door does not open all the way, they’re calling this “standard practice”. This is just a few of the concerns, list goes on. Absolutely ruined this experience for us with no remorse.
