Very well. I prefer to meet people face to face so I stopped by their shop. They were quick to help and gave me a quote based on what I asked for. Good people. They referred to a standard price sheet so I didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me and they sent a rep out the same day to confirm my measurements. Paid 1/2 down and the rest once the install was complete. Installers showed up on time, completed it in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Services Rendered: Removed and replaced a 16'x7' overhead garage door with new rails and springs. Opener was reused. Haul off of the old door and rails was included. Turnkey job.

Contacted these guys after shopping around a little bit. My father in law used them and spoke pretty highly of the work done and the cost being lower than most. The estimate came in around $400 lower than other estimates. This was mainly due to the installer coming out for a free quote and showing us the difference between a two layer door (Steel +Insulation covered with layer of vinyl) and a three layer door (Steel+insulation+steel). The installer did a good job of explaining everything and why a 3 layer door wasn't absolutely necessary when we could spend the money on windows and hardware and really increase the curb appeal. I will re-post after the work is complete but so far they have a done a great job at returning our calls and showing up when agreed upon. This is a mixed review. On one of the doors, I've had no problems. On the other door, I've had continuous problems and have to call them back again. On one door, they put on the handle upside down, which they came out to fix (which still was not done correctly). I will be calling them to have them out to fix it again. I'm a bit discouraged that I've had this happen, but they have been responsive so far. They had the best prices that I could find when getting estimates. I would have to think about whether I would hire them in the future. Services Rendered: They installed 2 garage doors in our new home.
